The food was great. We settled on the cheeseburger value, which includes a cheeseburger, one side and a drink . They have a senior, value, children's and regular menu. I loved the crushed ice in the soda. They had many desserts but we just decided to have the hot fudge sundae lava cake, it was very good.

This is such a hard review to do because it is kind of like my thing with green beans, Jerry’s was the go to restaurant of my childhood, youth and adulthood. I don’t want to make this place better than it is, or hold it to an unreasonable standard of my memories of a different time and place. That being said here we go. I marked brunch because our group of six went late enough to order from both menus. We sampled some of the old favorites and some of the add on that weren’t around when our Jerry’s was in business. All the food was cooked properly, delivered timely and was tasty. This is a great representation of a small town diner. Now the hard core comparisons between this Jerry’s and the Jerry’s of my youth. The Champ is still the Champ even if the coleslaw is probably a food service product (add a little sugar and it gets closer). The breakfast was just as good and fresh and the biscuits and gravy was spot on. The Hot Fudge Cake made me want to go on to the Strand and watch Saturday Night Fever again, even if the whipped cream was on the sides and not the top (they made up for that little variation by giving you two cherries). Last but not least while the decor was different, smaller and brighter. The Rock Walls were still there. It makes me just a little sad to think that our Rock Walls now sit empty waiting for this generation of children to run their hands along them while playing with their crayons and menus.

Haven’t been to a Jerry’s in so long. It really hit the spot! Yummy just like I remembered it!

Me and my wife stopped by and had breakfast I had the breakfast bowl with a fresh hot biscuit and the wife had the husky breakfast with bacon and eggs over medium cooked to order and french toast yummy in Our tummies drink's was fresh coffee,Hot chocolate

The food was so good and I know I’ll be coming back when I stop in the area again

This is the last remaining of the Jerry‘s restaurant chain. As far as I know no others exist in the United States. Just going in for the nostalgia is worth the trip. We found the food was flavorful and they had a good assortment of items to choose on the menu. The waitress and service was friendly and they have excellent sweet tea. Our lunch was delayed due to a printer that had run out of ink so the waitress gave us all free desserts and they were all very good. I thought the cod with the breading was very tasty and I enjoyed the flavor of the breading. The broccoli casserole was also good. The chicken fried steak was exactly what you would expect and the mashed potatoes with gravy was acceptable. All in all we all agreed that it was a good meal at a reasonable price and they also have special portions for seniors at a reduced cost. So if you’re interested in visiting an iconic restaurant dating back to the early 60s this is worth a visit.

Last Jerry's restaurant in existence. We had breakfast and it was great! Party of four and we tried everything. Highly recommend and will be back for dinner!

Absolutely the best restaurant experience I have had in years! The atmosphere of the traditional Jerry’s Restaurant was spot on! The nostalgia that is reminiscent of the classic Jerry’s Restaurant that I remember from childhood is everywhere, beginning with the familiar Jerry’s sign out front, to the classic booths. The service could not have been better. Our server was not only courteous, she brought out exactly what we ordered, returned to refill drinks, cleared the table promptly, and listened to the specifics of the details we asked for to tweak our meal to meet each persons preferences. Of course the food was the star of the show! The hope was that the food would be the same as the original menu, and we were not disappointed! Every item we ordered far exceeded our expectations! From the first bite of the classic menu items we were instantly transported back in time to decades ago, when items like J-boy, Champ Plate, Pot Roast, Spaghetti with meat sauce, and Country Fried Chicken, and the famous coleslaw, were among the best go to foods. Of course, no trip back in time to Jerry’s would be complete without dessert! The evening reached its pennacle with the decadent Hot FUDGE CAKE! It was precisely the way it was years ago. Layers of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, covered in the satin smooth hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry on top! If you’re in the mood for a blast from the past and food that is among the best imaginable, go! You won’t regret a minute!
